The BEST...the BEST....the BEST contractors I've had in my house in the 25 years I've lived here! We've had MULTITUDES of contractors in our house...TONS of work done over the years...and these guys are by far and away the BEST EVER!!! I SO wish I'd known about them years ago. I only found them in Aug 2011. OH MY GOD....my life would've been so much better if I'd used them before!!

Ed is competent, punctual, honest, flexible and fair. He fixed a radiant floor/hot water tank problem in our 1911 home immediately, a project he and his dad worked on 10 years ago. He did this even though it was a small project, I just gave him the key and it was done. I would recommend him without hesitation.

O'Connell Legacy Builders is a WONDERFUL company. The owner was friendly and took the time we needed to answer every question. The two construction workers he sent to fix the terrible job the first contractor my HOA hired finished in 4 short days. Whereas it took the first guy 2 MONTHS to "fix." The first guy used DUCT TAPE to flash/waterproof around my windows and sliding glass door. O'Connell's guys re-inspected and legitimately fixed all the errors the previous guy made in no time. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.
